This is short because there is not much to say. We run one form and one analytics script, and we do not sell anything to anybody.
If you fill in the form on the home page, we receive your name, your business name, your email address, your website address if you gave one, and whatever you wrote in the message. That is the whole list — the form has no other fields.
It reaches us as a message in a private Discord channel that only we can read. We use it to reply to you and to do the work you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share it, and nobody sees it who is not working on your inquiry.
It stays in that channel until you ask us to remove it. Email admin@operational-systems.com and we will delete it and confirm that we have.
We use Plausible to count visits. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. It tells us how many people read a page and roughly where in the world they were — not who they are.
This site sets none. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no consent banner to click away, because there is nothing to consent to.
Two companies, both only because they carry the message: Discord, which delivers the form, and our hosting provider, which serves the page. Neither is given your details for their own use. We do not sell data and we have no advertising trackers.
Work on your systems is a separate matter with its own written agreement, and that agreement — not this page — governs access to your accounts, who owns what gets built, and which tools touch your data. We will not connect to anything of yours before it is signed.
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it or delete it and we will, and confirm it in writing. There is no form for this — just email admin@operational-systems.com.
If we start collecting something new, this page changes before the collecting starts, not after.
