Checking the box when you pay, signing it, or replying “yes” to an email it came in — any one of those means you have read it and agree to it. Whoever agrees confirms they are allowed to agree for the business.
A five-page website — home, services, service area, about, and a page people use to contact you — built from the answers on your intake form.
$1,000 total. $500 to start, $500 when it is finished — and then it goes live. Card or bank transfer.
The $500 holds your place and covers work that starts immediately, so it is not refundable once we begin. The exception is mutual: if we both agree early that this is not a fit, you get it back. And if we do not deliver a finished site for reasons on our side, you get it back.
When the site is finished — everything from your intake form is on it and you have looked at it and said yes. You see the whole thing on a private link first; nothing is published until you have approved it and the balance is paid. Then it goes live on your domain the same day. You never pay the second half for something you have not seen and said yes to.
About a week from the day you send your details. You see the first version within a few days — most of the wait is photographs, not us.
You will have one point of contact from start to finish, and every message gets a prompt reply — typically within one business day.
We change it until it is right. There is no limit on rounds while it is being built, and none of it is extra — getting it right is what you are paying for. Nothing goes live until you say so. The window for that is two weeks from the first version you see.
Editing anything already on your site — hours, prices, a photo, phone number, a service description — is free, for as long as we are your web guy, as often as you want. Email us. Most are done within a couple of working days. That covers changing what is there. A new page, a new section, rewriting, or anything bigger is new work — another page is $150, anything else we quote first from $95, and you can say no.
Free, forever. Not free for a year — free. There is no monthly bill and there is nothing to cancel. We host it for you; if it ever has to move, we move it and tell you first. You will never get a bill you did not agree to. If we ever stop hosting sites altogether, you get 60 days' notice and everything you need to move it somewhere else.
Your domain is bought in your name on your card — about $12 a year, paid to the registrar, not to us. That is deliberate: it is the thing that makes the site yours and means you are never stuck with us.
Your domain, your Google profile and your contact-form account are in your name from day one. The site itself — the pages, the words, the images — is yours on final payment. We reuse our own code the way any builder reuses their methods, but nothing specific to your business goes near another client. We host the site on our account, which is why there is no bill.
If a payment is reversed or disputed with your bank, the site is unpublished until it is paid. Everything is kept as it is, and it goes back up the same day the payment clears. If something is wrong, tell us before you go to your bank — we will fix it, or refund it where this agreement says we do.
You take it with you. You already own the domain; once the site is paid in full, we hand over the files and help you move to another host. No notice, no exit fee, nothing held back.
Your answers on the intake form, and photographs if you have them. If you do not, we use stock photography licensed for commercial use — clearly generic, never presented as your work, and never a stranger's face shown as your team.
That what you give us is true and yours to use — your license number, your insurance, your reviews, your photographs, how long you have been trading. We publish it exactly as you gave it to us and we do not check it. We never write a review, invent a credential, or round a number up. If anyone ever makes a claim over something you gave us — a photo, a license, a review — that is yours to answer, not ours.
Keep it. We point it at the new site, and your email keeps working — we change only what sends visitors to the site and leave your email records alone. Tell us what else uses the domain so we can be sure, and if it is stuck at a builder you are leaving we will tell you exactly what to click to release it.
You choose how. We can walk you through the change while you make it, you can give us limited access through your registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap and most others offer this), or you can share your login. Whichever you choose, we change only what connects the site, nothing else — and if you share a login, change the password once we are done.
Messages from the form on your site are delivered by Web3Forms, a separate service, straight to your email. They do not pass through us, and we do not receive, read or keep them. Web3Forms keeps its own copy under its own privacy policy. It is free up to 250 messages a month; if you ever need more, that upgrade is between you and Web3Forms. We are not responsible for that service's outages or delays, or for messages your inbox files as spam — if a lead seems missing, check your spam folder first. Your site includes a privacy page that tells visitors how the form works.
Quoted and paid separately, when the work is done: extra pages $150 each, up to ten pages total · business email $150, up to five addresses · Google Business Profile setup $200 · a logo $250 — three designs to choose from and one round of changes · review card $100 · analytics, so you can see your visitor numbers — free.
If we hear nothing for 60 days mid-build we will pause and keep everything as it is. Pick it up whenever you are ready — nothing expires and there is no restart fee.
Not a marketing retainer, not an SEO contract, and not a promise about where you appear on Google. We build the site properly and honestly; what Google does with it is not something anyone can promise. Not a promise that the site is never down for a while — hosting has outages, and we fix them as fast as we can. And not a guarantee that the site meets every law that applies to your business, such as accessibility rules — we build to good, standard practice, and whether that is enough for your business is yours to check.
We will fix what we can. What we owe you is limited to what you have paid us, and we are not responsible for lost business or lost profits.
We may show your site as an example of what we build. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we won't.
