Small on purpose

Brightwell Electric has been three electricians and an apprentice since 2009, and there is no plan to become ten. The reason is simple: at this size the person who quotes your job is the person who does it, and nothing gets lost between an estimator and a crew who have never spoken.

It also means we occasionally cannot fit you in this week, and we will say so rather than book you and not show up. Turning up when we said we would is the entire reputation, so we protect it by not overbooking.

What we will not do

We do not sell you things you do not need. If your panel has ten good years left, we will tell you it has ten good years left, even standing in front of a new one we could have fitted this afternoon.

We also do not take work we are not the right people for. Industrial three-phase, solar arrays and elevator systems all get referred to someone who does them every day, because a specialist doing it properly beats us learning on your money.
